Every school year and each new registration during the year, the school subscribes for each of its students a school and extracurricular international insurance with the CGEA.
This insurance is compulsory unless the child is already covered by a similar school insurance. Its cost is 50 euros per academic year. The corresponding certificates are sent to the parents.
This insurance covers the following areas: civil liability, individual accident, additional accident and assistance guarantees.
With regard to supplementary accident coverages, it should be noted that they provide a supplementary reimbursement to the parents’ insurance plan within the limits of the amounts indicated. In the absence of parental insurance, reimbursement is limited to 50% of the medical expenses incurred.
