At French International School of Dhaka (EFID), decision-making at its highest level is the responsibility of the Board of Directors, whose members are volunteer parents of the School.
The functions of the Board of Directors focus on three essential aspects:
1. It formulates, supervises and defends the mission of the school, defines the long-term goals and the strategy that will achieve them.
2. It supports and controls the activity of the school head to whom he delegates the management of the school. It sets the institutional rules that guide the school head in his action.
3. It is responsible for the financial health of the establishment.
Composition of the Board:
Elections: once a year during April – members are elected for one year.
CA meetings:
The board meets once a month during the school year. The minutes of each meeting are available at the secretariat.
